COVID REQUIRED PROTOCOL FOR NBOC GUESTS

Our goal is to make your stay at North Branch Outing Club both comfortable and safe. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this new journey for all of us. If you have any questions about the information below, please call and we will discuss your concerns.

We want to make sure you are aware of our safety protocols before you arrive! HAPPY GUEST, HAPPY STAY!

COVID Screening

Screening measures will be in place for the safety and reassurance of our guests and staff members. Upon arrival, a touch-less thermometer will be used to check guests’ temperatures and 5 screening questions will be asked. There will be a daily temperature check to start your day safely.

Common Areas

Masks and 6 ft. social distancing are required in public areas. Handrails in the Lodge will be sanitized throughout the day. We recommend guests also sanitize their hands after using handrails.

Guest Rooms

The total number of overnight guests in the lodge will be limited to 10. Five rooms at a time will be available. Rooms will be sanitized and rotated for your safety. Individual requests for specific rooms may not be available at times.

Bed Linens will be provided if requested, but you are also welcome to bring your own bedding, sheets and blankets or a sleeping bag. We will provide a sanitized mattress pad.

It will be necessary for you to bring your own pillows, towels, washcloths and personal hand sanitizer.

If using NBOC linens, you will need to remove the linens and place them in the laundry basket provided in your room on departure day.

We also ask that room wastebasket contents and liners are placed in trash containers outside the side entrance door.

Bathrooms

For your comfort and safety, each guest room will be assigned a specific bathroom to use during your stay.

Bathrooms will be sanitized once each day during your stay and cleaned and sanitized after each departure.

Dining Room

Breakfast will be in the dining room. Each guest room will have their own table assignment. There will be 6 ft. between each guest table. If your group is a family unit of 4, you may sit at one table.

Breakfast will be plated in the kitchen and placed on a cart in the dining room. Guests will serve themselves from the dining cart. Guests are asked to clear their own table and deposit dishes in a dish cart in the dining room.

NBOC staff will be available to accommodate special requests at breakfast.

Individual Snacks & Beverages

The NBOC kitchen will not be available/accessible to guests.

Guests may bring beverages and snacks in personal coolers. Ice may be purchased at the local party store.

NBOC will have two sanitized coolers available on the porch which guests can fill will with their own ice, snacks and/or beverages.
